Lately I’ve decided to slow down my mornings. It’s been a wonderful experience. As well as very simple. A winning combination! Whatever my “start time” for the day is, I set my alarm for 15 minutes earlier. I meander out of the bedroom into the living room and lay down on my yoga mat. I turn on my humidifier, infused with energizing Eucalyptus oils, and set my Pandora station to Ambient Sleep Music station (I recommend for not just sleep, but relaxation!). I do whatever feels good for my body. Slowly wake up on the mat stretching in every which way. After 15 minutes…I’m a whole new person, and it’s a lovely day! Try it and see if it catches your fancy!
